Happy New Year to everyone!

Our team just had our first progress meeting of the year.
We are committed to recovering time and presenting good results of our cooperative work. We’ll delay missions and face-to-face meetings, but we will make the difficulties of the pandemic an opportunity for the growth of our network, bilateral relations and of our Marine Lexicon.

September 2020

The Hardanger Maritime Centre in Norheimsund (Norway) regularly organises lectures, and this autumn’s first was spot on for the Marine Lexicon project. Kamilla Sajetz Mathisen held a talk on Norwegian myths and folklore connected to sea monsters and other marine (imaginary) creatures. Our team member Liselotte Takken Beijersbergen attended the lecture and learned a lot about sea worms, mermaids, and other interesting creatures.
